This building management will let tenants feed peanuts to squirrels. One tenant feeds a large bag nuts daily to squirrels and allows them to enter his unit to get nuts from a bucket. Rats, skunks ect are also drawn to this building. People have peanut alergies and squirrels cause diseases. I have kept my e mails sent to management regarding this issue and if a tenant gets a disease or alergic reaction to nuts being thrown all over the parking lots I will copy these e mails and bring to court so the courts are aware of management negligence. What diseases do squirrels get? Some of the more common include tularemia, typhus, plague, and ringworm. Such diseases are transmitted through bites or other forms of direct contact with infected squirrels. Tularemia, typhus, and plague have symptoms that mimic the flu and can be deadly when left untreated.
